【Abstract】 To evaluate the effect of technical progress on economical growth,the R. M. Solow Residual Value Method can be adopted to calculate thecontribution rate of railway transport technical progress. According the charactersof railway transportation, choosing relevant economical values and eachparameter needed by the calculation, the annual technology contribution ratecan be obtained for railway transportation for the period of 1996-2001. Thecalculation result is highly credible and can be used as statistics data for railwaytransport sector as well as reference for decision-making.更多还原
