用生产函数测算铁路运输科技进步贡献率
Evaluate the Contribution rate of Railway Transport Technology by Means of Production Function
【摘要】 为了衡量科技进步在经济增长中的作用,利用索洛“余值”法建立的测算科技进步贡献率的模型,并依据铁路运输的特点,确定计算所需的经济量和参数,进而测算出铁路运输1996年—2001年的年平均科技进步贡献率,测算结果具有较高的可信度,可作为铁路运输部门的统计数据,并为决策提供依据。
【Abstract】 To evaluate the effect of technical progress on economical growth,the R. M. Solow Residual Value Method can be adopted to calculate thecontribution rate of railway transport technical progress. According the charactersof railway transportation, choosing relevant economical values and eachparameter needed by the calculation, the annual technology contribution ratecan be obtained for railway transportation for the period of 1996-2001. Thecalculation result is highly credible and can be used as statistics data for railwaytransport sector as well as reference for decision-making.
