【Abstract】 As every walk of life is using examination as a means of selecting qualified applicants, the number of participants in various exams is increasing and the commercial features of exams are getting more and more obvious. To give full play to the examination system, we should standardize and improve the present examination administrative system based on examination features in the frame of the market economy, therefore the examination institution should be detached from the government protection, to form a new relationship-independent system, integrated interest and mutual restrictions among the government, examination institution and the market.更多还原
