【Abstract】 The paper, focusing on the problem of cost overrun of a project, adds managerial flexibility value to project management to have project cost controlled finally with considering the actual performing of a project. Through emphasizing the "human" factor in cost control, the paper discusses resolving project cost overrun of a project by applying a reaction control mechanism with the given ways to run the project to develop a better method of project cost estimate.更多还原
