【Abstract】 Enterprises in the West China are quite different from those in the East China in respects of the structure,scale,investment,innovation of system of the enterprises and the micro-economic control of the government due to the state macro-industrial policies and distribution as well as micro-congnenitial deficiency of enterprises in the West China.Enterprises in the West China may take such countermeasures as harmoniously developing both light and heavy industries,developing high-tech industries,establishing large enterprises and changing the management functions of the government.更多还原
