【摘要】 目的 :研究和探讨北京铁路地区食物中毒原因、发生规律 ,为制定铁路地区食物中毒预防措施提供依据。方法 :对北京铁路地区 196 1～ 2 0 0 3年发生的食物中毒进行卫生学和流行病学分析。结果 :共发生食物中毒6 4起 ,中毒 30 5 8人 ,死亡 2人。结论 :食物中毒的发生对铁路职工和家属的健康造成了严重威胁 ,必须结合时代特点 ,在继续强化集体食堂、餐饮行业的食品卫生法制化管理的基础上 ,进一步加强学校托幼机构食堂和送餐公司的卫生监督 ,采取有效措施控制食物中毒的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Object Researching and finding out the causes and happening regulation of food poisoning in Beijing railway area, so as to provide evidence for establishing preventing measures of food poisoning. Method Carrying out Epidemiological and statistical analysis on the situation of food poisoning happened in Beijing railway area during 1961～2003. Result There are 64 events of food poisoning with 3 058 victims and 2 deaths within the 43 years. Conclusion Food poisoning have been seriously threatening the health of railway workers and their relatives. Legal administration and supervision on food hygiene of collective canteen and food sales and food outlets must be intensified. More effective measures should be resorted to control any further food poisoning via combining with the specialties of the time.更多还原
