整备状态下客车模态的有限元分析探讨

【摘要】 用有限元法对铁路客车车体进行模态分析已经广泛应用 ,但对车体配重的模拟还没有一种比较好的方法。文章建立了某 2 5G型空调客车车体的详细模型 ,详细分析了附件质量和刚度对车体模态的影响 ,提出了将质量和刚度分开考虑的模拟方法 ,同时考虑了乘客对车体模态的影响 ,达到了对整备车体的详细模拟

【Abstract】 The modal analysis of railway passenger cars with the finite element method has been applied widely. But there is no fairly good method for simulation of the balancer weight.The detailed model for a 25G air-conditioned passenger car-body is set up. The effect of the mass and stiffness of the annex parts on the car-body modal conditions is analyzed in detail.The simulation method that separates the mass with the stiffness is put forward. In the mean time, the effect of the passengers on the car-body modal conditions is considered, so that the detailed simulation for the carbody in the preparation conditions is obtained.
