【摘要】 目的:建立脑供氧颗粒剂中淫羊藿苷的含量测定方法。方法:应用RP-HPLC法测定,选用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(35∶25∶0.3),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长270nm,柱温为25℃。结果:线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.84%,RSD为1.83%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便准确,可用于脑供氧颗粒剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:A determination method of Icariin in Naogongyang Granule was established. Method: The RP-HPLC was carried out on C₁₈ column using methanol-water-acetic acid （35∶25∶0.3）as a mobile phase,the detecting wavelength was set at 270nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1,the column temperature was at 25℃. Result: The linear relationship was good,the average recovery was 98.84% and RSD was 1.83%（ n =5）.
