废蜜发酵系统中一株乳杆菌的分子鉴定

【摘要】 乳酸是一种极具发展潜力的精细化学品。从甜菜废蜜两相厌氧生物处理工艺的产酸相活性污泥中分离到一株具有较高产乳酸能力的产酸发酵细菌Rennanqilyf13。生理生化测定和16SrDNA碱基序列测定表明是新菌种,并在国际GenBank中成功注册。以糖蜜为底物时菌株Rennanqilyf13是比较理想的备选菌种,它的发酵温度在38℃左右,其乳酸产率为45g/l。

【Abstract】 Lactic acid is an important organic acid with multi-applications food industry,pharmaceutical industry,chemical industry,etc.Recently,there has been an increased interest in lactate it can be used as a raw material for the production of biodegradable and biocompatible polymers.The lactic acid bacterium Rennanqilyf12 was from bio-hydrogen production.We observed lactic acid bacteria sharp,tested physiological-biochemical character and identified 16SrDNA.They belonged to lactobacillus.In the same time,we analysed strain ability of producing lactic acid,Cultured four strains in culture media-different concentration glucose and molasses,studied the best condition of latic acid production.When the culture media’s carbon source was glucose,Rennanqilyf13 could produce lactic acid at a high speed with organism growth quantity 0.0164 mmol/g·h.
