两性聚丙烯酰胺处理亚法糖厂混合汁
Study on Disposing Mlxed Juice with Ampholytic Polyelectrolyte in Sulfitation Process Canesugar Mill
【摘要】 用两性聚丙烯酰胺(ampholyticpolyelectrolyte)处理亚法糖厂的蔗混合汁,通过正交试验,研究了中和pH值、二次加热温度及两性聚丙烯酰胺用量等因素对絮凝效果的影响,并确定了两性聚丙烯酰胺处理混合汁的最佳工艺条件为中和pH值7.2,二次加热温度90℃,两性聚丙烯酰胺加入量6mg/kg。
【Abstract】 The mixed sugarcane juice of sulfitation process canesugar mill was disposed by the ampholytic polyelectrolyte.The effects of neutralization pH,secondly heating-up temperature and ampholytic polyelectrolyte dosage on the results of flocculation were discussed,and the optimum conditions of disposing were obatained as follwing:neutralization pH 7.2,2~#heating-up temperature 90℃,ampholytic polyelectrolyte dosage 6.0mg/kg.
