生物活性玻璃陶瓷的制备及强度影响因素分析
Fabrication of Bioactive Glass-ceramic and Investigation on Factors of Its Mechanical Performance
【摘要】 以CaO—SiO2—P2O5系统玻璃组成为基础,制备了生物活性玻璃陶瓷,借助于DTA、XRD及温度梯度炉法测定析晶温度等测试手段,分析和探讨了影响生物活性玻璃陶瓷材料强度的因素。结果表明,添加7.4wt%的碱金属氧化物、分别在620℃、880℃、1015℃温度下进行核化、析晶及烧结处理,可获得高强度的生物活性玻璃陶瓷,其强度可达128MPa。
【Abstract】 Bioactive glass-ceramics Were fabricated accoding to CaO—SiO2—P2O5 system, factors of influencing its mechanical performance were studied, It was characteristiced by means of DTA, XRD, etc, The results indicated that the small addition of alkaii oxides, reasonable crystallization and sintering process had Considerable impacts on it.
