【Abstract】 The fabrication methods of the porous ceramics were summarized and grouped in seven general categories. The polymeric sponge method and its technological difficulties areinvestigated in detail. In order to overcome these difficulties, the newly developed two-stepcentrifuging method is used to fabricate porous ceramics, by which the porous ceramics with thickstruts and uniform structure were fabricated. However, there are many problems to deal with and much work should be done to improve the properties of the porous ceramics and to widen the diversity of their applications.更多还原
