内蒙古阿尔巴斯白绒山羊毛囊兴盛期cDNA文库的构建

【摘要】提取阿尔巴斯白绒山羊次级毛囊生长兴盛期皮肤mRNA,反转录成双链cDNA后与pBluescript Ⅱ SK载体相连。转化后得到重组率为80％,库容量为1.5×10~2的cDNA文库,证明建库成功。更多还原

【Abstract】 We regard the Inner Mongolia arbas white cashmere goat as the material and extract mRNA from anagen skin of the secondary follicles. Then transcript mRNA to ds cDNA and liger to pBluescript Ⅱ SK vector. After transform we get a cDNA libary with 80% recombination and 1.5×10~5 vollme.更多还原
