【摘要】 目的　探讨血液灌流 (HP)救治重型毒蛇咬伤的临床治疗和护理方法。　方法　采用德国生产的型号为 Adsorda3 0 0 C的血液灌流器、CVVH导管为重症毒蛇咬伤病人行 HP救治 ,护士配合医生 ,认真做好 HP术前、术中、术后的观察与护理工作。　结果　 5例患者行 HP时间为 4h,均为一次性炭肾治疗成功 ,痊愈出院。　结论　HP能及时有效的清除血中毒物 ,治疗效果确切 ,疗效快。在行 HP技术时 ,护士应充分做好准备 ,掌握娴熟的专科操作技术 ,密切观察病情变化 ,保持各种管道通畅 ,保护好穿刺部位 ,及时处理各种并发症 ,才能保证 HP的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss a clinical nursing m et hod in curing critical patients of snakebite with Hemoperfusion(HP) treatment. Methods The Adsorda300C HPdivice and CVVH duct made in Germany were adopt ed in HP treatment.The nurses cooperated with doctors and made serious preparat ion for th e whole process of HP treatment. Results It took 4 hours for 5 patients t o undergo HP treatment.All of them succeeded in the treatment of lum-sum charcoa l kidney, fully recoved and left hospital. Conclusion HP procides a prompt a nd effective way in cleaning the toxin in blood.During HP treatment,nurses shou l d prepare well,master special operating skill and observate closely the patients ’ condition.Varied pipelines must be kept from blocking.Comlication must be treated in time.Puncturing position must be prote cted well.Therefore,the HP treatment can be carried out successfully.
