先天性心脏病并发重度肺动脉高压的综合治疗

【摘要】 目的 介绍了综合治疗的方法,评价一氧化氮(NO)对先天性心脏病并发重度肺动脉高压的治疗作用,同时介绍缺损修补的改进方法。方法 通过对我院1996年8月~2003年8月对28例先天性心脏病并发重度肺动脉高压的病人进行了综合治疗,评价一氧化氮(NO)对先天性心脏病并发重度肺动脉高压的治疗作用。结果经过综合治疗,全组近期死亡2例,死亡率7%,术后远期死亡1例,总死亡率10.71%。结论 NO可显著降低平均肺动脉压力,降低了手术死亡率。改进的缺损修补方法,起到了“安全阀”的作用。对先天性心脏病并发肺动脉高压的病人,综合治疗可收到较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Objective This report introduced method of comprehensive treatment. To evaluate the therapeutic effects of inhaled nitric oxide(NO) in patients of congenital heart disease with severe pulmonary hypertension. The new method of operative repair of sepetal defect was briefly exponuded. Methods From Aug 1996 to Aug 2003, 28 patients with congenital heart disease and severe pulmonary hypertension underwent comprenhensive treatment at this hospital. To evaluate the therapeutic efffects of inhaled nitri coxide(NO)in patients. Results By comprehensive treatment, two cases die in the near future, the mortality is 7%. one case die at a specified future date, the mortality is 10.71%. Conclusion The operative mortality was reduced with comprehensive treatment. Nitric oxide decreased ment pulmonary arterial pressure. The new method of operative repair of septal defect was effect as "safety valve" To congenial heart disease with severe pulmonary hyperttension, a excellent effect was got by comprehensive triatment.
