【摘要】 目的 探讨不同厂家抗HIV酶联免疫试剂盒使用效果。方法 采用不同厂家的试剂盒进行检测,初检试剂采用国产双抗夹心酶联免疫试剂,复检试剂采用进口间接法酶联免疫试剂,用于筛选献血员抗HIV阳性者。结果 初检试剂采用双抗原夹心法共检测标本16282例、检出阳性82例,阳性率达5.04/万分率,用进口试剂进行进一步检测阳性1例,后经确认阳性1例(蛋白印迹法),复检试剂采用间接法共检测标本14458例、检出阳性32例,阳性率达2.21/万分率,用另一家进口试剂检测均为阴性,国产试剂用于献血员初检可以筛选出真阳性,说明国产试剂敏感度尚可,进口试剂敏感度更高。国产与进口试剂都表明假阳性率较高其原因值得探讨。结论 作为献血员筛选试剂今后我们仍需正确选择质量高的厂家试剂,提高试剂的敏感度和特导性,尽量避免假阳性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of the anti-HIV enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits from different manufacturers. Methods To screen the anti-HIV positive donors several kits from different manufacturers are used in testing the blood samples. The domestic biantigen-sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay reagents are usedin the repetition test. Results In the initial test group,with the biantigen-sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbert assay kits, 82 of total 16 282 are positive. The positive rate reached 0.504‰. In the further test, only one of 82 is positive with import reagents, which has been afffirmed later (Western blotting) In the repetition test group,with the inderect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assat kits, 32 of 14458 are positive. The positive rate achieved 0.221‰. However, none of 32 is positive in the further test with another import reagert.It indicates a comparative sensitivity that the domestic reagents could screen out the really positive donors in the initial test. While the import reagents show a better sensitivity. Both the domestic and the import reagents indicate a higher false-positive rate The causes of the higher false-posetive rate remain controversial. Conclusion A higher sensitivity and specificity reagent should be selected.更多还原
