【摘要】 目的 :确定冠脉舒康胶囊最佳提取工艺。方法 :采用正交实验法 ,分别以香附挥发油及水提取液中丹参素钠含量为考察指标 ,确定本品挥发油提取和水提取的最佳工艺。结果 :香附挥发油最佳提取工艺为加水 6倍量 ,提取 6 h;丹参、栝楼药材水提取最佳工艺为 8倍水 ,提取 2次 ,提取时间 1h/次。结论 :冠脉舒康胶囊提取工艺合理可行 ,有很好的重现性和可操作性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To fix the optimum extracting process in Guanma ishukang (Rhizoma Cyperi、Radix Puerariae、Radix Salviae Miltirrhizae 、Fructus Trichosanthes). Methods: The optimum preparation process of alcohol extrac ting and water extracting were investigated by orthogonal design as the content Xiangfu volatile oil、 Puerarin and Sodium Danshensu. Results: Optimum extracting process of volatile oil was ad ded 6 times water and cook 6 hr; Optimum extracting process of water extracting was added 8 times amount of water into Chinese medicine, and boiling for 1hr eac h time, extracting two times in all.Conclusion:The extracting process is reasonable and practi cible, with good reproducibility.更多还原
