【摘要】 目的 :建立当归药材的 HPL C指纹图谱 ,为当归药材的规范化种植及质量标准的建立提供试验依据。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,以阿魏酸为参照 ,建立 17个不同地区市售当归药材指纹图谱。结果 :在选定的色谱条件下 ,得到当归药材指纹图谱 ,标定出 6个共有峰 ,并与不同色谱条件下得到的指纹图谱进行比较。同时对含当归药材的中成药建立指纹图谱 ,检出当归药材的共有峰。结论 :用该方法建立当归药材指纹图谱 ,对当归药材进行质量控制是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Angelica sinensis and provide the method to establish the quality standard and to regulate the agriculture for Angelica sinensis.Methods:The ferulic acid was used as internal standard compound, the HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprint of 17 batches of Angelica sinensis in different regions on sale.Results:We goet the fingerprints of Angelica sinensis under the selected spectrum condition, which showed six public peaks. and then compared with the fingerprints under different spectrum condition. As same time, the fingerprints of Chinese Patent Medicines which included Angelica sinensis showed the public peaks.Conclusion:This method established the fingerprints of Angelica sinensis, provided the reasonable and reliable method for quality congtrol of Angelica sinensis.更多还原
