【摘要】 目的 :测定中药佛手柑中总黄酮的含量。方法 :以槲皮素为对照品 ,紫外分光光度法测定佛手柑中总黄酮的含量。结果 :佛手柑中总黄酮含量为 2 5 .6 5 % (RSD:0 .9% ) ,平均回收率为 10 2 .0 % (RSD:0 .7% )。结论 :该法简单便捷 ,结果准确 ,重现性好。可以作为佛手柑内在质量检测的一种依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the total content of flavonoids Citrus medica L.var sarcodactylis (Noot) Swingel.Methods:The total contents of flavonoids in Citrus medica L.var sarcodactylis (Noot) Swingel was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry by using the standard of quereetin.Results:The total contents was 25.65%(RSD:0.9%), The rate of recovery was 102.0%(RSD:0.7%).Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate and stable .It can be use for the quality control of Citrus medica L.var sarcodactylis (Noot) Swingel.更多还原
