【摘要】 目的 :建立乙肝颗粒剂的工艺质量评价标准。方法 :采用双波长薄层扫描法对其中的大黄素进行含量测定。结果 :大黄素在 0 .0 6 9～ 0 .6 9μg范围内线性关系良好 ,r=0 .9998,平均回收率为 97.4 3% ,RSD=1.87%。结论 :此方法简便易行 ,可作为控制乙肝颗粒剂质量的检测方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Estimating evaluation standard of technology quality to Yigan Granule.Methods:Emodin content determination by double wavelength TLC scanning.Results:Good linear relationship at range of 0.069～0.69 μg was got, and r=0.999 8.
