随机扩增多态性DNA分子标记研究进展及在中药鉴定中的应用
Advances in Molecular Marking of Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA(RAPD) and Its Applications in the Authentication of Traditional Chinese Drug(TCD)
【摘要】 随机扩增多态性 DNA是一种兼稳定性和多态检出率高的 DNA分子标记技术之一 ,本文综述了 RAPD技术原理、操作过程、优势、不足和应对措施以及该技术的扩展、在中药分类、鉴定等中的应用。
【Abstract】 Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), a DNA molecular marking technology, is one of reliable and powerful approaches in detecting polymorphism loci. This paper presents the RAPD’s principle, process, superiorities, shortcoming and its remedied measures. Expansibility of RAPD and its applications in the authentication of traditional Chinese drug (TCD) are also studied.
