薄层扫描法考察不同产地厚朴叶中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量

【摘要】 目的 :考察各产地厚朴叶中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量。方法 :采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果 :方法简便、快速、准确灵敏。厚朴酚平均回收率 10 4.4% ,变异系数 2 .4% ;和厚朴酚平均回收率 10 2 .3 % ,变异系数 3 .9%。结论 :厚朴叶中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚含量约为厚朴皮的 1/ 4,可考虑作为厚朴皮的药用替代品

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the contents of magnonol and honokiol in the leaf of Magnolia officinalis in different areas. Methods: TLC scanning method was used to determine both the contents. Results: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. The average recovery and RSD of magnonol are 104.4% and 2.4% respectively. The average recovery and RSD of honokiol are 102.3% and 3.9%respectively. Conclusion: The average content of magnonol or honokiol in the leaf is about one quarter of that in the cortex. The leaf can be considered as a substitute of the cortex.
