【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the content of epimedium flavonoids in Yishou Capsules.Methods:The sample was pretreated with polyamide.The total content of epimedium flavonoids was determined by UV at 270 nm. Results:Icariin sample size showed a good linear relations hip at the range of 1.38～17.94 μg/ml,r= 0.999 4 .The average recovery o f the added sample was 97.2% and RSD was 1.06%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate.更多还原
