【摘要】 目的 :采用薄层扫描法测定侧柏叶中异海松酸的含量 ,并进行方法学研究。方法 :色谱条件为硅胶 G;氯仿 -甲醇(10 0∶ 0 .5) ;2 %香草醛浓硫酸显色 ;检测波长 560 nm。结果 :平均回收率 97.7% ,RSD=2 .16%。结论 :该法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好 ,可用于侧柏叶及其制品的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine isopimaric ac id in leaves of Platycladus orientalis (L.) Franco by TLC-Scanning and study t he methodology of the determination.Methods:The chromatography conditions:silica gel which con tains gypsum; chloroform-methanol(10∶0.5); the visualizing agent:2% vanillin in thick sulfuric acid;λ S=560 nm.Results:The average recovery was 97.7% with RSD of 2.1 6%.Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive, accurate with a good reproducibility. It is suitable for the quality control of herbal prepara tion.更多还原
