【摘要】 目的 :建立测定清火片中大黄素和大黄酚含量的方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,Hypersil-ODS柱 (4.0× 2 50 mm,5μm) ,流动相为甲醇 -0 .5%磷酸二氢钾溶液 (68∶ 3 2 ) ,检测波长 2 90 nm。结果 :平均回收率为 98.2 1% ,RSD=1.82 %。结论 :该方法简便 ,结果准确 ,重现性好 ,可作为清火片的质量控制方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the contents of emodin and chrysophanol in Qinghuo Tablet.Methods:The contents were determined by HPLC, with Hypersi l-ODS column, MeOH-0.5%KH 2PO 4(68∶32) as mobile phase and UV detector at 29 0 nm.Results:The average recovery was 98.21% (RSD=1.82%).Conclusion:This method is rapid, reliable and simple, and can be used for the quality control of Qinghuo Tablet.更多还原
