Fe3+、Co2+、Ni2+掺杂TiO2纳米粉体的微波水热合成研究
The hydrothermal synthesis in terms of microwave of the TiO2 nanometer powder mixed with Fe3+,Co2+and Ni2+
【摘要】 通过控制盐的水解和微波辐射,制备出晶粒为6~30nm的TiO2和Fe3+、Co2+、Ni2+掺杂的TiO2.对水解温度、陈化时间进行研究发现,TiO2、Fe/TiO2及Co/TiO2和Ni/TiO2的水解温度分别控制在70~80℃、65℃及60~80℃时,晶粒尺寸较小,而室温陈化时间的长短对晶粒尺寸无大的影响.通过XRD、TG DSC、TEM对制得的纳米粉体进行了表征.
【Abstract】 Nano- TiO2, and nano-TiO2 powder mixed with Fe3+,Co2+and Ni2+, with the crystallite size of 6~30nm were prepared by controlling the salt-hydrolysis and microwave radiation. The results indicated that the crystallite with small size could be obtained at the hydrolytic temperature of 70 to 80℃ for TiO2, 65℃ for Fe/TiO2, and 60 to 80℃ for Co/TiO2 and Ni/ TiO2. The effect of ageing time at room temperature on the crystallite size was negligible. The nanometer powders were characterized by XRD, TG-DSC and TEM.
