nm23-H1 mRNA在胃癌表达的研究
Expression of nm23-H1 mRNA in human Gastric Carcinoma
【摘要】 目的 探索nm2 3-H1基因mRNA的表达与胃癌发生、发展、组织学类型、转移的相关性。方法 39例胃癌组织标本及 38例正常胃黏膜标本通过逆转录 -聚合酶链反应 (RT -PCR)检测nm2 3-H1mRNA表达。结果 胃癌组织nm2 3-H1mRNA表达 (33.3% )与正常黏膜 (2 8.9% )无显著性差异 ;nm2 3-H1mRNA表达未显示与胃癌淋巴结转移或远处转移的相关性。结论 胃癌组织与正常黏膜均存在nm2 3-H1表达 ,nm2 3-H1基因可能没有起到抑制胃癌转移的作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the role of nm23-H1 in cancerization and metastasis of human gastric carcinoma. Methods Samples of 39 gastric carcinoma tissues and 38 normal gastric mucosa from 39 cases with gastric carcinoma were taken and the expression of nm23-H1 mRNA was analyzed by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results No significant difference of expression of nm23-H1 mRNA was detected between gastric carcinoma ( 33.3%) and normal gastric mucosa ( 28.9%). No significant relations were found between the expression of nm23-H1 mRNA and carcinoma metastasis. Conclusion Both gastric carcinoma tissues and normal gastric mucosa can express nm23-H1 which probably doesn’t play a significant role in the inhibition of gastric carcinoma metastasis.
