【摘要】 高职院校即将试行2年制学制,如何改革滞后的办学模式,是高职院校目前重要的课题。本文认为,高职院校酒店管理专业办学模式的改革,应该以酒店业需求为导向,趋向市场化经营,着力培养酒店业从业者所需掌握的技术技能,变革教学模式与学生学习形式,变革师资结构与用人制度,联合办学,拓宽办学与学生就业渠道。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vocational colleges in our country are currently trialling a two-year system which deals with how to reform the backward ways in running a hotel management specialty for the purpose of suiting the present change is an important subject for a vocational college. This paper presents the view that the reformation of running a hotel management specialty in a vocational college is supposed to be guided by the needs of hotel industry, to face the vocation markets, to add skill and ability to training courses, to change the ways of teaching and learning, to reform the structure of teachers and the system of making use of personnel, to combine college running , and to widen the ways of college running and students’ vocation entering.更多还原
