【摘要】 目的　探索珠海市万山岛局部不明原因腹泻暴发的原因。　方法　对珠海市万山岛发病情况进行流行病学现场调查、分析。　结果　 2 0 0 1年 1月 10日起 ,万山岛旧营房内出现儿童腹泻 ,至 1月 2 0日 ,共有 2 5名儿童发病 ,死亡 1人 ,发病儿童临床表现一致 ,均为腹泻 ,少数伴呕吐。　结论　珠海市万山岛局部不明原因腹泻暴发是由轮状病毒污染水源头所致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find the clue that led to the diarrhea outbreak of Wanshan island in Zhuhai. Method Investigating the cases in WanshaN island and analyzing the cases. Result From Jan.10,2001 to Jan.20,2001, there were 25 cases of diarrhea among children, one died. All the clinic manifestations were the same, diarrhea, some even vomitted Conclusion Drinking water contaminated with human rotavirus led to the outbreak.更多还原
