【摘要】 目的　比较高效液相色谱 -紫外检测法 (HPLC -UV)与高效液相色谱 -荧光检测法 (HPLC -FLD)测定血清色氨酸的结果 ,了解这两种检测法测定结果之间的相关性。　方法　用HPLC -UV和HPLC -FLD同时随机检测 40例临床血清标本的色氨酸含量 ,比较相关性。用两法对同一混合血清标本各测定血清色氨酸含量 2 0次 ,比较两法精密度。　结果　HPLC -UV测定同一份混合血清标本色氨酸含量为 ( 3 9.85± 1.69) μmol/l(X±S) ,HPLC -FLD测定值为( 4 0 .2 5± 1.0 6) μmol/l。其浓度差值无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。　 结论　两法对 40例临床血清标本色氨酸测定结果一致性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the results from the determination of serum tryptophan(TRP) by the high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection (HPLC-UV) and high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD). Methods One mixed serum sample are determined 20 times by the two methods. 40 serum samples are determined by the two methods. Results There was no significant difference between the results obtained by the two methods in the mixed serum and 40 clinical serum samples TRY level(P>0.05). Conclusion The serum TRY values obtained by two methods has a high uniformity.更多还原
