【摘要】 目的　扩增霍乱弧菌不同血清型I类整合子基因片段 ,并分析I类整合子在霍乱弧菌O1和O13 9血清型中的分布。　方法　收集霍乱弧菌O1和O13 9血清型 40株 ,根据GenBank资料设计PCR引物 ,扩增霍乱弧菌I类整合子基因片段 ,并用限制性酶切分析法进行鉴定 ,分析I类整合子在不同血清型的分布情况。　结果　从霍乱弧菌O1和O13 9血清型中均能扩增约 80 0bp的基因片段 ,扩增片段经PstI酶切后可获得 671和 12 7bp的片段 ,经HindIII酶切后可获得 5 80、160和 5 8bp的片段 ,经HindIII和PstI酶切后可获得 45 3、160、12 7和 5 8bp的片段 ,I类整合子在O13 9血清型霍乱弧菌中分布多于O1血清型。　结论　I类整合子与霍乱散发菌株耐药性的传递、血清型的分布有密切的联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To amplify integron class I gene frament and analyze its distribution in O 1 and O 139 serotype. Methods 40 strains of vibrio cholerae were collected. PCR primers of integron class I were desigened according to GenBank sequence. Integron class I gene fragment was amplified in proper conditions and PCR product were identified with restriction enzymes.The distribution of integron class I in differnet vibrio cholerae serotypes was analyzed. Result 800 bases pair gene fragment was amplified from vibrio cholerae O 1 and O 139 serotype. PCR product was identified with restriction enzymes PstI(671 bp and 127 bp),HindIII(580 bp,160 bp and 58 bp) and HindIII plus PstI(453 bp,160 bp,127 bp and 58 bp). More strains of vibrio cholerae O 1 serotype have integron class I gene than vibrio cholerae O 139 serotype. Conclusion Integron class I may be important in transmission of drug resistance and disperasion of vibrio cholerae serotype.更多还原
