【摘要】 目的　调查广东省湛江市中学生肥胖流行病学情况 ,并分析肥胖患儿与高血压的关系。　方法　采用整群抽样方法对归属性质不同的重点、普通、工厂、乡镇四所中学的 85 0 3名 13岁至 18岁的中学生 ,测定身高、体重、血压等。　结果　 2 0 0 2年湛江市区 13岁至 18岁中学生肥胖率为 6 5 % ,超重率为 5 5 % ,合计患病率 12 % ,以 13岁至 16岁年龄组的肥胖与超重率为最高 ,在各年龄组中 ,男性均较女性肥胖与超重率为高。重点中学的肥胖患病率明显高于普通中学和乡镇中学。随体重增长、高血压检出率显著增高。　结果　湛江市 13岁至 16岁中学生的肥胖患病率为最高 ,男性均高于女性 ,中学生高血压检出率在肥胖青少年中明显增高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the epidemic characteristic of adolescent obesity of guangdong province zhangjiang city and to analyze the relationship between adolescent obesity and hypertension. Methods A ciuster sampling survey was adopted which included 8503 students at the age of 13 to 18 in four different schools of status, the height, weight and blood pressure were measured. Result In zhanjiang 2002, the prevalence rates of adolescent obesity and overweight reached 6.5% and 5.5% respectively. The prevalence rate of obesity and overweight were highest at the age of 13 to 16 the positive rate of hypertension was significant increased with weight was increased. Conclusion In zhanjiang the prevalence rate of adolescent obesity was the highest at the age of 13 to 16. prevalence of boy was higher than of girls. The positive rate of adolescent hypertension was increased in adolescent obesity.更多还原
