【摘要】 目的 :评估非扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效。方法 :应用非扩髓的带锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折 2 8例 ,开放性骨折 11例 ,闭合性骨折 17例。结果 :按Johner Wruh评分标准 ,优 2 3例 ,良 4例 ,可 1例。平均随访 13个月 ,平均愈合时间 14周 ,无主钉弯曲、断裂和锁钉断裂现象 ,无感染。骨折全部愈合。结论 :非扩髓带锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折具有创伤小、固定确实、感染率低、骨折愈合率高等优点 ,是治疗胫腓骨骨折的首选方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the effective effect of unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of fractures of tibia and fibula. Methods: 28 cases of the tibial and fibular fractures treated by the unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail. Open fractures were 11 cases, closed fractures were 17 cases. Results: According to the criteria of Johner Wruh, the excellent is 23 cases, the good is 4 cases, the fair is 1 case. The average time of follow up were 13 months, and the average time of union were 14 weeks. There was no nail bended and broken. There was no infection case. All were union. Conclusions: Unreamed interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of the tibial and fibular fracture has the advantage of less trauma, steady fixation, low infection rate and high union rate. This is a princinpal method in the treatment of the tibial and fibular fracture.更多还原
