【摘要】 目的 :探讨参麦注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效及机制。方法 :对 6 5例病毒性心肌炎患儿分为观察组 34例及对照组 31例 ;观察组在传统治疗方法的基础上加用参麦注射液静脉滴注 ,而对照组只用传统的治疗方法。治疗过程中除了观察临床症状及体征外 ,并观察心电图及心肌酶谱、心功能。结果 :有效率 :观察组为 91.2 % ,对照组为 71.0 % ,观察组疗效显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :参麦注射液治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎 ,可使临床疗效提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To inquire the curative effect and mechanism of Shenmai Zhusheye in children with acute viral myocarditis.Method To 65 instance virus myocarditis were divided into contracts observation series 34 instances and comparison series 31 instances.The former was treated by Shenma i Zhusheye besides the tradition method,and the letter only used the tradition m ethod.In the process of treating,not only the clinical symptom and sign,but also electrocardiogram,myocardium and cardiac function were observed.Result Availability of the observation series was 91.2 %,and comparison series was 71.0 %.The effect of observation series was hither than that of comparison series (P<0.05).Conclusion Shenmai Zhusheye can raised the clin ical curative effect in children with acute viral myocarditis.更多还原
