【Abstract】 The care and functional exercise instruction of 65 cases of senile femoral fracture were analyzed in this article. The plan of functional exercise was made according to our nurse care experiences to instruct the patients doing. For the elderly patients were mostly weakness and the function of every organ were letdown, it’s very important to observation the change of the state of illness and note the proper posture and do the best psychological and life care to prevent the occurrence of complications.更多还原
