【摘要】 目的 :探讨逆行胰胆管造影 (ERCP)对阻塞黄疸患者的诊断价值。方法 :回顾分析了 30 0例经手术、病理证实的 ERCP检查者。结果 :本组 30 0例 ,ERCP显示胆道结石 2 73例 ,胆管癌 7例 ,胰头癌 9例 ,壶腹部癌 6例 ,胆管炎患者 5例。结论 :ERCP对梗阻性黄疸有较高的诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the diagnostic value of ERCP in Obstrustive Jaundice. Methods and Results The ERCP findings of 300 cases by surgery and pathology werereviewde in 300 cases,including lelithiasis (n=273),carcinoma of bile duct(n=7),cancer of caput pancreatic(n=9),carcinoma of vater ampulla(n=6),cholangitis(n=5).Conclusion ERCP has high value agnosing obstructive jaundice.更多还原
