【摘要】 目的 :探讨抗精子抗体 (As Ab)对早期自然流产的影响。方法 :早期自然流产者 112例 ,其中继发于人工流产术后5 2例 ,首次妊娠自然流产者 6 0例 ,用 EL ISA方法检测其血清中 As Ab,并与 5 0例正常生育妇女对照。结果 :早期自然流产组 As Ab阳性率 (30 .35 % )显著高于正常生育组 (6 .0 % ,P<0 .0 1) ,继发于人工流产术后组的 As Ab阳性率 (36 .5 4 % )高于首次妊娠流产组的 (2 0 .0 % ,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :As Ab是与早期自然流产密切关系的重要免疫因素 ,是导致人工流产术后继发自然流产的重要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research influence of anti-sperm antibody (AsAb) to early spontaneous abortion.Methods AsAb was detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 112 cases of early spontaneous abortion, among them, 52 cases were occurred after induced abortion and 60 cases were first pregnant women. The results were compared with that of 50 cases of normal generation women (as a control).Results The positive rate of AsAb in early spontaneous abortion (30.35 %) was significantly higher than that in normal generation (6.0 %, P<0.01). The positive rate of AsAb in the cases occurred after induced abortion (36.54 %) was higher than that were first pregnant (20.0 %,P<0.05).Conclusion AsAb is not only an important immure factor related to early spontaneous abortion, but also an important cases of secondary spontaneous abortion after induced abortion.更多还原
