【摘要】 目的 :本文探讨螺旋 CT三期扫描对肝脏小血管瘤的诊断价值。方法 :18例经手术和 MR检查及 CT复查 1a以上确诊的肝脏小血管瘤进行回顾分析。结果 :18例患者共发现 2 0个病灶 ,6 0 % (12 / 2 0 )具有公认典型血管瘤强化表现 ,35 % (7/ 2 0 )通过三期表现分析可以明确诊断 ,5 % (1/ 2 0 )三期扫描不能确诊更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To discuss the diagnosis value of spiral CT to hepatic small hemangioma. Methods 18 cases hemangioma, diagnosed by operation or CT or MRI reexamination in a year, were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 20 lesions in all the 18 patients, 60 % of these had typical enhanced aspects, 35 % were diagnosed by tri-phase enhanced scanning, besides 5 % atypical cases.更多还原
