【摘要】 目的:研究得力生注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液(MPE)的疗效。方法:对25例MPE患者行胸腔置管引流胸水后注入得力生注射液50 mL～60 mL,每周2次。结果:完全缓解(CR)12例,部分缓解(PR)10例,有效率(CR+PR)88％。主要不良反应为轻度胸痛。结论:得力生注射液治疗MPE安全有效,值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of Delisheng treatment through intrapleural instillation in malignant pleural effusion (MPE). Methods 25 cases of MPE were treated by intrapleural instillation Delisheng injection 50 mL-60 mL after pleural effusion was drawn, twice per week. Results The effective rate (CR + PR)was 88 %. The main side effect was pain of chest. Conclusion Delsheng injection treatment in MPE was safe and effective, It is worth studying forther.更多还原
