【摘要】 目的 :探讨人工气道患者行床边纤维支气管镜吸痰术的效果 ,分析人工气道患者的护理关键。方法 :9例患者在床边多功能心电监护下 ,术前先给 3min～ 5 min高浓度氧气或纯氧吸入 ,提高血氧饱和度后 ,再给气道注入 2 %利多卡因表面麻醉后行床边纤维支气管镜吸痰术 ,并观察 9例患者术前术后的临床症状 ,经皮血氧饱和度 ,体温与 X胸片的比较情况。结果 :9例患者经床边纤维支气管镜吸痰术后 ,血氧饱和度均明显提高 ,体温 (2± 0 .5 ) d后均明显下降 ,肺部　音明显消失 ,X胸片的炎症性阴影分别在治疗后 3d～ 7d明显吸收到消失。结论 :人工气道患者采用床边纤维支气管镜吸痰术是简单 ,直接 ,效率高 ,安全性能好。但是应着重于临床的吸痰与气道护理技巧 ,以确保呼吸道通畅 ,减少用纤维支气管镜吸痰 ,减轻病人负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose Discuss the effect of the bedside bronchofibroscope lavage the artificial airway patients,analyze the key poimts of the artificial airway patents’attendance. Methods 9 patients under the bedside electrocardio-monitor,intaking the high saturation or pure oxygen for 3 min～5 min preoperatively for increasing the saturation of the blood oxygen, giving the lidocaine by trachea for superfacial anesthesia, give the bronchofibroscope lavage. Compare the observations preopeative with that of postoperative,including of the clinical symptom, the saturation of the blood oxygen per cutem,body temperature and the X-ray sternite. Results During the 9 patients,the elevation of the saturation of the bellows are significant disappear, after 3 d～5 d treatment the inflammation shadow of the X-ray sternite significant absorption or disappearance.Conclusion the bronchofibroscope lavage is simple,direct,effective and safe method.However,it is should be emphasized of the technology of the clinical lavage and the airway nursing, ensuring the respiratory passage to be unobstructed, decreasing the bronchofibroscope lavage and the patients expense.更多还原
