【摘要】 目的 :探讨肺部炎性假瘤的CT特征及CT诊断价值。村料和方法 :回顾性分析 16例经肺部炎性假瘤的CT表现 ,讨论其CT特征、诊断及鉴别诊断。结果 :炎性假瘤主要的CT表现是边缘可清楚或模糊 ,无明显分叶 ,可有长毛刺 ,胸膜增厚粘连 ,周围肺纹理增多增粗等。结论 :以上所见的CT征象对炎性假瘤的诊断具有重要价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose to investigate CT features and diagnosic value of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor. Materials and Methods analysis of CT findings of 16 Cases pulmonary of inflammatory pseudotumor, discusion of the CT features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Results the main CT findings of inflammatory pseudotumor are that the edges are smooth, no-lobulation, long thorn, local pleural thickness and adhesion, thickening and bending of pulmonary grain. Conclusion the CT features are significant to the diagnosis of the diseases.更多还原
