【摘要】 目的研究铝镁加分散片的抗溃疡作用。方法以铝镁加混悬剂为对照 ,用盐酸、无水乙醇及阿司匹林诱发小鼠胃溃疡 ,大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃 4种药理模型对自制的铝镁加分散片进行活性考察。结果自制铝镁加分散片均显示出明显的抑制溃疡形成或细胞保护作用 ,具有与对照品相同的药理活性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the antiulcer activities of almagate.Methods Taking the suspension of almagate (Aldrine ) as specimen,the preliminary pharmacodynamic test of self-produced almagate preparations were investigated.Conclusions The self-produced almagate dispersing tablets exhibited significant inhibiting activity against gastric ulcer model induced by 0.6 mol·L -1 hydrochloric acid,absolute alcohol,aspirin in mice and gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus ligation in rats.更多还原
