【摘要】 目的建立同时测定白花蛇舌草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法 ,色谱柱为HiQsilC18V (4 6mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm) (带预柱 ) ,流动相为甲醇 四丁基溴化铵(2 0mmol·L-1) 三乙胺 (V∶V∶V =90∶10∶0 0 2 ) (用冰醋酸调pH 6 9) ,检测波长 2 10nm ,流速0 3mL·min-1,进样量 2 0 μL。结果齐墩果酸和熊果酸分别在 9 80～ 15 6 8mg·L-1(r =0 9999)和 33 5～ 6 70mg·L-1(r =0 9999)内峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系 ;平均回收率 (n =9)分别为 98 3% (RSD =1 3% )和 98 0 % (RSD =1 4 % )。结论此方法可为不同产地白花蛇舌草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定提供科学的依据更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a method for the quantitative analysis of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Hedyotis diffusa Willd.stimultaneously.Methods The extract of Hedyotis diffusa Willd.was separated on an HiQ sil C 18V column ( 4.6 mm× 150 mm, 5 μm) using methanol- 20 mmol·L -1 tetrabutyl ammonium bromide-triethylamine (90∶10∶0.02) (pH was adjusted to 6.9 with HOAc) as the mobile phase and detected at 210 nm.The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min -1 and 20 μL sample solution was injected every time.Results There was good liner relationship between the peak area and concentration at the ranges of 0.20～ 3.1 μg ( r=0.999 9) and 0.84～ 13.4 μg(r= 0.999 9) for oleanolic acid and ursolic acid respectively.The average recovery rates (n=9) of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 98.3% (RSD=1.3%) and 98.0% (RSD=1.4%),respectively.Conclusion The method can be used scientifically to determine the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid quantitatively in Hedyotis diffusa Willd.of different sources simultaneously.更多还原
