【Abstract】 Objective To synthesize metolazone which is a diuretic and anti-hypertension agent.Methods It was synthesized from 5-chloro-2-methyl aniline in six steps.Results and Conclusions Metolazone was synthesized in 15% overall yield,and its structure was confirmed by elemental analysis,1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS.更多还原
