关于竞走训练的探讨
Study on Heel - and - Toe Walking Training
【摘要】 通过不同角度对竞走训练探讨和总结,认为:注重选材,强化德育及系统的训练对竞走成绩的提高具有重 大意义.
【Abstract】 Through deep study on the training of heel - and - toe walking from various angles, in this paper we think that the improvement of result on heel-and Toe walking is very important importance to the selecting of suitable persons, the strengthening of moral education, and the systematic training.
