【摘要】 目的分析探讨无骨折脱位颈脊髓损伤的MRI特点及相应的手术治疗。方法对29例无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤病例,分类研究其影像学表现,并根据其不同的特点采用不同的手术方式,观察疗效。结果MRI可明确脊髓的病理状况及脊髓以外软组织的病理变化。根据不同表现类型采用相应手术方法,术后29例病人都有不同程度的康复。结论MRI对于外伤性无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤的诊断具有优越性,可以显示脊髓损伤后脊髓及周围软组织的各种改变。应根据脊髓损伤的表现及变化和MRI显示脊髓的病理状况采取具有针对性的不同入路减压手术及掌握恰当内固定指征,可取得较明显的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to evaluate imaging manifestation and surgical treatment of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture or dislocation.Methods 29 cases of cervical spinal cord injury without fracture or dislocation were studied to analyze their imaging manifestation (MRI)and pathological elements.Different surgical operations were performed accordingly,and their long term outcomes were evaluated.Results Pathological changes of spinal cord and soft tissue can be confirmed by MRI.According to MRI features different surgical operations were performed.The postoperative long follow ups for the 29 surgical treatments showed that their spinal cord functions had been improved significantly.Conclusion MRI is the best diagnostic method.The management selection must be according to the clinical manifestation and MRI.In order to achieve satisfactory outcomes,operation would be adopted with different approaches and proper internal fixation should be applied according to the specific indications.更多还原
