【摘要】 目的探讨青少年鼻咽癌的CT诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理活检证实的15例青少年鼻咽癌CT征象。结果青少年鼻咽癌表现为咽隐窝变浅或消失,鼻咽部软组织肿块,两侧咽腔不对称,咽肌增厚和不对称,颅底骨质破坏及鼻副窦受累,颈淋巴结肿大。结论在发现鼻咽癌并确定其浸润范围中CT具有明显优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in adolescent.Methods CT findings of 15 adolescent with nasopharyngeal carcinom proved by pathology biopsy were analyzed retrospectively.Results CT demonstrated that adolescent with nasopharyngeal carcinoma presented as shallowing or disappearing of pharyngeal crypt,non-symmetric bilateral cavities pharyngeus and muscle pharyngeus thickness,in addition to the skull base and sinus paranasales encroached.Conclusion CT has obvious advantage for revealing nasopharyngeal carcioma and its invasive extent.更多还原
