【摘要】 目的对比研究OSAS患者清醒和呼吸暂停时上气道的形态学改变。方法对15例OSAS患者上气道进行清醒和睡眠呼吸暂停时的CT扫描,分析清醒和睡眠呼吸暂停时上气道最狭窄处截面积的动态改变。结果14例OSAS患者睡眠呼吸暂停时上气道最狭窄处面积比清醒时明显变小,1例上气道最狭窄处完全阻塞。结论OSAS患者睡眠呼吸暂停时上气道最狭窄处截面积比清醒时明显变小或完全阻塞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To demonstrate the dynamic change of the upper airway of the patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in sober and sleep apnea state. Methods The upper airways of 15 patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome were scanned by CT in sober state and sleep apnea .The areas of the most narrow sites of the upper airways in sober state and sleep apnea are compared .Results The areas of the most narrow sites of upper airways of 14 patients in sleep apnea were less significantly than those in sober state, then one patient had complete obstruction. Conclusion The area of the most stricture site of upper airway of the patient with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in sleep apnea is less significantly than that in the sober state .更多还原
