【摘要】 目的　通过建立EB病毒转化的B淋巴母细胞样细胞系 (LCLs) ,以揭示机体的免疫功能状态 ,为进一步建立外周血T细胞克隆奠定基础。方法　常规制备EB病毒上清 ,分别感染Graves病、糖尿病、正常人三个群体外周血B淋巴细胞。结果　成功建立了免疫功能亢进、免疫功能低下和免疫功能正常三种功能状态下的B淋巴母细胞样细胞系 (LCLs)。结论　从B淋巴细胞转化为B淋巴母细胞样细胞系 (LCLs)所需不同时间反映了不同机体的免疫功能状态更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective With the Epstein-Barr virus transforming B lymphocyte,to establish several B lymphoblastoid cell lines and to elucidate the immune state of different disease, and further establish T cell clone of peripheral blood T lymphocyte on its base. Method and Results EB virus was prepared with the normal method and peripheral blood B lymphocytes from patients with Grave’s disease、diabetes patients and normal individuals were transfected. We successfully got several different B lymphoblastoid cell lines. Conclusion Sucessful establishment of transforming form B lymphocytes to B LCLs requires different time which reflects distinet immune state.更多还原
