【摘要】 目的　探讨夏天无总碱的活血化瘀作用机制 ,观察夏天无总碱抑制血小板聚集作用的影响。方法　以不同浓度的夏天无总碱给大鼠连续灌胃 7d ,抽血分别测定二磷酸腺苷 (ADP)和花生四烯酸诱导的血小板聚集率 ;试管内人血小板加中药孵育前后 ,比浊法测定血小板聚集 ;体外给药测定高剪切力诱导的血小板聚集 ,显微镜下游离血小板计数。结果　夏天无总碱在体内、外对以二磷酸腺苷 (ADP)和花生四烯酸诱导的血小板聚集均有明显的抑制作用 ,其作用强度随药物剂量的增加而增强 ;该药物能够有效地抑制由剪切力诱导的血小板聚集 (SIPA)。结论　夏天无总碱是一个有效的多途径血小板聚集抑制剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mechanism on blood-activating and stasis-eliminating actions of Total Alkaloids from Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbeutis(TARCD) and the effect that TARCD inhibit platelet aggregation. Methods Stomachs of rats were filled(irrigated) continuously for 7 days with TRACD of different chroma. The platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP and arachidomic acid was examined. Human’s platelets with Chinese traditional medicine were incubated in test tube. Platelet aggregation was determined by Born’s. Shear-induced platelet aggregation was detected by dosing outside body, and dissociative platelets were counted under a microscope. Results TARCD has obvious inhibiting actions on platelet aggregation induced by ADP and arachidomic acid both in body and outside body. Moreover, Its functional intensity built up gradually with the increase of dose. This medicine could restrain effectively the platelet aggregation induced by shear. Conclusion This is a effective inhibitor of many-tracked platelet aggregation.更多还原
