【摘要】 报纸作为重要的新闻传播媒体,在创精品过程中,近年来取得了令人瞩目的成绩,表现在:新闻精品质量明显提高;名牌栏目光彩夺目;一批业务精、思想正、贡献大的中青年记者崭露头角。但是依然存在不尽人意的地方:新闻商业化倾向、新闻产品"易碎论"的影响以及新闻理论和业务研究的滞后等,成为制约新闻精品的因素。新闻精品生产的对策:一是进一步树立精品意识;二是要抓好各个环节的工作;三是要建设一支高素质的新闻队伍;四是要建立切实可行的激励和管理机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important news media, newspaper has got outstanding achievements recently in the process of producing high quality news, which can be shown in the following aspects: the level of quality news having improved obviously; the famous columns having got great successes; and the young and mid-aged reporters having displayed remarkable abilities. However, there are still something dissatisfied: the commercial trend of news; the "easily-broken" theory of the news work; and the backward news theory and business research, etc. All these have become the factors restricting the development of high quality news.
